Therefore, we must ensure our employees are eligible to work legally in Australia. APOS Labour verifies the identity of every employee. We conduct periodic VEVO reviews for foreign nationals to ensure their right to work is maintained. We maintain records of identity and VEVO checks so we can demonstrate our due diligence whenever required.

PAY RATES & CONDITIONSDue to a variety of client's industries, APOS Labour became an expert to interpret and implement correct Awards. We will make sure our employees effectively understand the duties & obligations of positions. LABOUR HIRE LICENSINGThe Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017 (the Act) commenced on 16 April 2018. The Act establishes a mandatory licensing scheme to protect labour hire workers and support responsible labour hire providers. Users of labour hire must only use licensed labour hire providers therefore it is crucial to find out whether your labour hire providers are licensed.
